Fell chaser

Fellchaser - "a long-forgotten or suppressed event from your past that could reappear at any time and rip your life apart; that every day, you carry its burden, unable to explain it out of fear, regret, or shame - leaving you to wonder if you'll ever heal from it"  Personally, I love this word because it describes the condition I find myself in while doing mundane tasks. Especially during dishwashing. It's easy for my mind to give me a surprise attack since I usually lose myself at that moment. It gives me a time to process my thoughts and reflect on my actions, but it also drags me down to the Pandora's box I never want to open, willingly, that is. I'm positive the majority of us suffered from some sort of traumatic experience and choose to lock it up in the back of our mind, only to be ambushed by it at a completely unexpected time. And then we gradually but surely get sucked in that rabbit hole knowing we need  to get out of there but we can...

Eternora

Eternora - "The endless power of now" An encouragement to focus on the present moment, affirming that fulfilment and joy are available in each heartbeat, right here and now. Have you ever reminisced about the moments you were hanging out with your friends, taking trips to no man's land, just living out the adventure, and you realise where all the time went? Like getting caught up in the moment of spontaneity and the fleeting memories of where we were enjoying being alive? Or maybe even got sucked into a good read with a cup of coffee in the warm, cozy bedroom. A safe, peaceful space where you can dive into the world of never-ending words, losing yourself in fantasy, or expanding your knowledge.  It is easy to be swept away by the thought of what to do today or tomorrow, how to escape reality and find something that fills the empty void that delivers boredom and restlessness. It hits like a harsh wave crashing and takes you with it. When you return to your cons...

Oblivscend - "to slowly let go of past hurts, like sinking them into the ocean of time" Each and every one of us has gone through some sort of trials in life. Ones that we never expected or ones that we saw coming, prepared for it, but it was harder than we thought.  A few examples would be being cheated by our precious loved ones in a relationship, being told "I hate you" by parents who birthed and took care of us or even our darkest secrets told to everyone by our close friends who we once considered brothers or sisters. Hurt is a wide range of emotional suffering, not limited to a single situation.  As much as we want to protect ourselves from being hurt, it is also important to relieve ourselves from that certain scarred memory to move on and live freely. It is not easy, and it certainly will not happen overnight, but it will make your load lighter.  It would be one less thing to worry about. Carrying that unspoken moment with you while growing up did not help y...

Sarvanta

Image
Sarvanta - "Complete Self" The realization of self-worth comes from recognizing that you are whole as you are, rather than seeking outside sources for completion. It's common to see groups of teenagers or young adults mindlessly agreeing on where to eat or what places to visit, often with one or two people taking the lead in a group of five or more. While social media isn't the sole cause of this mindset, it certainly contributes to it. The constant emergence of new trends barely gives consumers a moment of rest, dictating what to think, how to act, what to like, and how to dress. The essence of *sarvanta* is about looking inward to discover yourself instead of searching the world for things to complete you. Being an individual in this generation can be challenging. If you express pride in being yourself, you risk being teased. Conversely, if your mindset aligns closely with your friends, you may be criticized for lacking independent thought. This contradiction is per...

Vindura

V indura - "the resilience through the storm." This phrase embodies the strength one can find only by enduring personal trials.  These ‘personal trials’ can vary greatly from person to person. For some, the seemingly never-ending tasks of folding laundry or washing dishes may feel overwhelming, while for others, they might seem trivial, regardless of age. Additionally, some may interpret these tasks as evidence of a larger purpose that they have yet to discover. In a world of 8 billion people, where mass horrors unfold and the chaos of being constantly online surrounds us, it’s easy to feel lost. We're bombarded by social media scrolling, extreme activism focused on saving nature, and the relentless persecution of various religions. After witnessing all this, finding fortitude can be an uphill battle. Even away from the digital landscape, tensions often simmer at home. Family disagreements can arise over a range of topics, from tax payments to adult children living in the...
